Asbestos is one of the most legislated areas within the Building and Construction Industry. Building owners, Managers and Occupiers all have specific duties relating to the management of asbestos, if present in a building.

We provide independent sampling and surveying activities allowing our clients to remain fully aware of any asbestos or suspected asbestos containing materials in areas of their responsibility. This allows the correct testing and management of such materials to ensure all remain fully compliant with current regulations and best practice.

Where required, we can arrange for the testing of suspect materials by an independent laboratory holding the necessary and appropriate UKAS accreditation.
