Working with local authorities and housing associations

We have significant experience working with local authority properties and existing clients include housing associations and council housing departments. We have an established programme of works when surveying high volumes of properties, which includes:

​

• Working with the client and tenants to ensure they are fully aware of why an asbestos survey is needed, what it entails and agreeing access within the agreed timescales.

• Managing tenant concerns over asbestos and typical misconceptions they may have.

• Taking samples of suspect materials and managing their analysis by independent UKAS-accredited laboratory's.

• Providing reports to address applicable sections of HSG264 and UKAS RG8.
